Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping on buyandcarry.com Shopping with us should be fun because we work with the best vendors, ship all orders on behalf of our sellers and most items go through a thorough check at our warehouse before we ship to you.

For Goods ordered to be eligible for a return, please make sure that they meet the conditions below:

  • The Goods were delivered in the last 48 hours
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased by making direct contact with a vendor i.e if payment was not made via this website
  • Personalized goods or orders made to your specifications.
  • All Food products and Perishable items/produces - for hygiene reasons (We may offer full/partial refund if we get sufficient evidence that they went bad prior to you receiving them)
  • Frozen foods / produce
  • Items with short shelf life where the date of expiry will be over before accepted back by us.
  • Goods that have been unsealed after delivery
  • Products in the beauty/cosmetics category
  • A bundle of items purchased at a discounted rate, e.g. "3 items for #1000" (unless the entire bundle is being returned)

Merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions may be refused at our sole discretion.

WRONG SHIPMENT

If things get mixed up on our end, we will accept a return and ship the correct items ordered to you OR offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items to be returned must not be tampered and must be in the original condition and packaging.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

We do not take responsibility for items damaged in transit.

SALES PURCHASES

Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

RETURNING GOODS

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please fill the Return Request Form/CALL/EMAIL and we will get back to you on the most effective way to return the item

RETURN SHIPPING/DELIVERY FEE

Packaging fees, shipping fees and Return shipping fees are non-refundable

All refunds will be made to the original payment method.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fill form/ Call/ Email - We will request picture/video evidence
  • Once we determine that the item may be returned, we will inform you of the most effective way to return the item.
